👩🍳 Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Meat Sauce
In a skillet, cook ground beef and sausage until browned.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
Stir in tomato sauce, paste, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
Step 2: Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, and Parmesan.
Mix well until smooth.
Step 3: Layer the Lasagna
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
